The Southend Triathlon Open Water Acclimatisation Swim is the perfect opportunity to get familiar with the course, calm the nerves and build confidence ahead of race day.
Join us on Sunday 31st May at Southend Seafront as we walk through the swim course, discuss race-day procedures and head into the sea just after high tide, exactly as we expect conditions to be on race day itself.
