Entry Limit: 750 runners only
A scenic and gently undulating road race through the Essex countryside, starting and finishing in the heart of historic Rochford Square. Runners will head out along quiet rural roads, passing through the surrounding villages of Stambridge, Canewdon, and beyond before looping back to the finish line with crowd support and high energy waiting at the square.
This course is a mix of fast flats and rolling rural roads – a great tester for fitness and pacing.
